Vintage Production California LLC (Vintage) has developed its Emergency Response <br />Plan in order to provide specific emergency actions and procedures to be followed in <br />response to an emergency situation that may occur at a Vintage natural gas well facility. <br />Vintage's natural gas well facilities are unmanned but inspected daily. <br />Vintage has established an Emergency Response Team that is responsible for <br />implementing its Emergency Response Plan. The Emergency Response Team consists of <br />an Emergency Response Coordinator and operations personnel. The Emergency <br />Response Coordinator is responsible for directing the Emergency Response Team in its <br />response to an emergency situation. <br />All production personnel are trained to implement applicable safety and emergency <br />response procedures listed in this Plan within six months of the date of hire. Emergencies such as minor <br />releases of oil or hazardous materials, medical situations involving transport of a Vintage <br />employee or Vintage contractor, fires that can be extinguished with incipient on -scene <br />fire fighting, and other minor emergencies would require a Level I response.
