v <br />C7 <br />which do not enter a waterway, are confined to Vintage property, and do not threaten <br />personnel or the environment are also considered a Level I response. <br />A Level II response will be initiated if the response by Vintage personnel and contractors <br />to an emergency situation requires prolonged participation by employees and contractors <br />to remedy the situation or complete actions to remove dangers to life and property. <br />Emergencies such as a release of hazardous materials or oil spills to waterways or non - <br />Vintage property, severe weather, fires or explosions, well control problems, loss of life <br />accidents, etc. would require a Level II response. <br />In a Level II Emergency Response, Vintage and/or contractor staff will work in <br />conjunction with the Operations Manager or the Designated Alternates to provide <br />immediate on-site incident response/control, essential administrative <br />support/communication services as required by Vintage procedures and state and federal <br />regulations. Vintage's Operations Manager is responsible for assuring that a rapid and <br />effective response will be made to all emergency situations and for making applicable <br />agency notifications. <br />In the event of a serious medical emergency, immediately call 911 or San Joaquin County <br />dispatch at (209) 468-4421. The following information should be made available to the <br />911 or County dispatch: <br />• phone number you are calling from, <br />• location of the injured person, <br />• number of victims, <br />• type of injury, and <br />• whether or not injured been exposed to hazardous materials. <br />Stay on the line until the 911 or the Sutter County dispatch have received all of the <br />information they need then provide first aid. <br />Provide any available Material Safety Data Sheets (MEDS) to medical personnel if <br />chemicals are involved. <br />Evacuation of seriously ill or injured persons should be conducted by ground or air <br />ambulance only. Transportation by Vintage or private vehicle is prohibited, unless <br />advised to do so by medical authorities. <br />The addresses and contact numbers for local area medical facilities are provided below. <br />K <br />
