Harding, Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />NOTES (The following are not violations) <br />The facility generated 1.4625 tons of hazardous waste in 2012. Facility generates hazardous waste <br />from auto repair operation. <br />Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br />alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br />method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes must be managed <br />within 1 year of accumulation, and the disposal records maintained on site for at least 3 years. <br />Assisted generator in completing CERS account activation and partial electronic submittal during this <br />inspection. <br />Blank hazardous waste labels and San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal <br />Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br />Submit the following to EHD by: 01/10/2014 <br />1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for your <br />records). 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. 3) Evidence of correction. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT Y TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Receive <br />Title: <br />Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
