Allk Page 1 of 1 <br /> Stacy Rivera [EH] 1p <br /> From: doughall [doughall@valueproductsinc.com] <br /> Sent: Sunday, September 18, 2011 10:32 AM <br /> To: Stacy Rivera[EH] <br /> Subject: 6/01/11 Inspection Report <br /> Stacy, <br /> This email is to update you on the remaining items that have been resolved and items we are still working on. <br /> #30-The 55 gallon drum and tote have been given back to the companies that sold us the containers. <br /> #85-We have not been keeping copies of waste disposal records in the past but will do so going forward. <br /> #7-We have determined we can rework the caustic powder in the blue poly drums and have bee doing so. <br /> #2-We are continuing to work on a more comprehensive training program and will have something to submit in a few weeks. <br /> Hazardous waste tank assessment is being done by Condor Earth Technologies and the wastewater tank is going to be <br /> seismically strapped down and an overflow alarm installed in approximately two weeks.The parts have all come in and we are in <br /> the process of scheduling an installation date. <br /> 1 will keep you informed. <br /> Doug <br /> 9/19/2011 <br />
