Updated Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan, enclosed. <br /> 2. Updated Certification of Financial Assurance, enclosed. <br /> 3. Updated Onsite Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility Page, enclosed. <br /> 4. Copy of the Phase 1 site assessment that was done at the time we purchased our <br /> building, enclosed. <br /> 5. We have hired Condor Earth Technologies to do our hazardous waste tank <br /> assessment, copy of work order enclosed. <br /> 6. We took the used lights, old paint and aerosol cans to the hazardous waste facility, <br /> receipt enclosed. <br /> 7. We have a written plan for hazardous chemical spill response and have trained all <br /> personnel that come in contact with hazardous materials, plan enclosed. <br /> 8. We have started recycling the rags we use to clean our silk screens through our <br /> uniform company, Amerpride. <br /> 9. Acid spill containment area has been cleaned. <br /> I spoke to Condor Earth Technologies today and they are estimating it will take 4-6 <br /> weeks to finish the waste tank assessment report.
