0 0 <br /> SYSTEM SHUTDOWN PROCEDURES <br /> 1. Begin shutdown checklist in the Wastewater Treatment Status Log. <br /> 2. To shutdown the Wastewater System: <br /> a. Close the discharge valves to the following tanks: <br /> i. Concentrate Hold Tanks <br /> ii. Rinse Collection Tanks <br /> iii. Permeate Rinse Collection Tank (if necessary) <br /> b. Go to the process Control Panel and turn the following black <br /> switches to the Off position: <br /> i. 4, 5, 13, 14, 16, 18, 21, 27 <br /> c. Turn the Chemical Master Switch to the Off position. <br /> d. Complete the Wastewater Treatment Status Log. <br /> NTC 19a Wastewater Trearnent Start-up Shutdown Procedures 1-21-05 <br />
