17. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" shall be <br />submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to California Code of Regulation <br />(CCR) 2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered complete by SJCEHD. <br />18. An accurate and drawn -to scale -as -built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to scheduling <br />a final inspection. <br />19. Passing Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) results must be received prior to the final <br />inspection. <br />Note: A separate permit application is required to install ELD. <br />20. Contact John Jackson, Senior REHS (209) 468-3440 for inspections. See inspection checklist <br />for the required inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />21.
