I have made contact with Casey <br /> Foley an inspector with the Environmental Health Department ; <br /> this is what she requests : <br /> o Casey had made a request of the franchisee Mary Young to <br /> supply her with the quarterly monitoring reports . I have <br /> enclosed an example of a one month report for one tank so <br /> you will know what Casey is referring to. Greg Entizne <br /> may want to follow-up on this to make sure it occurs . <br /> o Casey has asked for precision tank test results for the <br /> fuel storage tanks . Dave Lamn '.s office should provide <br /> this information if he has not already done so. <br /> o Casey asked for proof that leak detectors had been installed, <br /> and suggested being provided with a receipt . I indicated that <br /> although a leak detector was replaced in February , it was re- <br /> moved from our previously purchased bulk inventory and a <br /> receipt would not associate it with the store . I suggest that <br /> Greg Craig should make contact with Casey to arrange for an <br /> inspection time .
