Contact fire department for permit. <br />2. All new submittals supercede the previously submitted ones. <br />3. To satisfy automatic pump shut off requirements, the product lines must <br />satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636 (g) of California Code of <br />Regulation. <br />4. Submit state form C for each tank system to EHD upon job completion. <br />5. Contact me for inspection. See page 10 of application for the required <br />inspection. In addition to page 10 of application, an inspection on the UL <br />labeling on the product pipes prior to the installation is also required. All <br />appointments must be scheduled 48 hrs in advance. <br />6. Any changes in the information provided must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. <br />7.
