EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br /> program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Emergency <br /> Services within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures,unless required to obtain approval before <br /> making the change. Required by Sections 2632(d)and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name: 7-Eleven Store#20632 <br /> Facility Address 4627 Da Vinci Stockton CA 95215 <br /> 1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? Note: If released <br /> hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or explosion hazard, are not cleaned up <br /> from the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorate the secondary containment, then San <br /> Joaquin County Emergency Services must be notified within 24 hours. <br /> Small spills will be cleaned up with absorbent, which will be properly disposed of. The local fire department will <br /> respond to a large surface spill by placing sand or absorbent on the spill. Waste material generated during a <br /> surface spill or underground release will be cleaned up by IT Corporation or their appropriate subcontractor. <br /> 2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly disposing of any <br /> hazardous substances. <br /> Absorbent or sand will be used to clean up surface spills. The absorbent will be placed in containers to be <br /> transported for proper disposal. Releases to the subsurface will be cleaned up using a vacuum truck or <br /> groundwater pumping. <br /> 3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 above. <br /> Kitty litter absorbent is located inside the store at the location shown on the site diagram. Vacuum trucks and <br /> purging equipment will be supplied by IT Corporation or their appropriate subcontractor. <br /> 4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment. <br /> Inventory of kitty litter absorbent is periodically checked. <br /> 5.
