San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.sj_oq vorg/ehd <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> QUICK N EASY MART 2057 S EL DORADO ST STOCKTON Aril 25 2016 <br /> Item#1 Remarks <br /> 325 CCR 2635(b) Spill container failed to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br /> The 87 and 91 spill containers were partially filled with liquid at the time of inspection, and failed to have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. The liquid was removed <br /> after testing of the spill containers. Ensure that all spill containers are maintained to the a minimum capacity of five <br /> gallons. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 25, 2016. <br /> Note: The 87 turbine would not shutdown during the sump sensor alarm. The technician found that the relay was <br /> stuck. He banged on the relay box. The sensor was tested numerous times after and positive shutdown of the <br /> 87 turbine was verified each time. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
