Et Dorado St, Stocldo n <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has competed the review of <br />the application fora permit to reinstall dispensers, install dnsperea conversion frames, and <br />remove the site from temporary closure on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the <br />above noted address. The pemtt has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in Information and scope of work mast be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work Ag new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivers at (209) 466-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour r ca Is required far Inspection appointments). <br />a. Sensortmc ional4y: Furwtionoity of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has beam restored to meet the requirements of This 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tasted to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons par tour at 10 psi. <br />c. Primary piping soap test: One her pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />d. Secondary piping strap teat One hour pressure test per mao4x9rers guidelines. 0 <br />t <br />h <br />ere are no manufacturers gudATlines, test shall he performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an ix u *y code or engineering standard. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the LIST systern prior to One EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the UDCs arWlar piping, a secondary containment test <br />must be performed once concrete is poured in accordarnee with the manufacturers <br />guidelines. - <br />
