Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Decontamination and inertion of the tanks <br />b. Any subsequent inertion of the tanks after the initial inspection <br />c. Quarterly inspections: EHD must be present to witness all quarterly inspections. <br />Please be aware that all EHD staff time associated with these inspections will be <br />billed at the current hourly rate ($125). <br />r.IT <br />''VVI. <br />
