It is BP's policy <br /> to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency request regarding our gasoline <br /> retail facilities immediately. <br /> With the transmittal of this letter with the enclosed documents, it is our understanding that <br /> the alleged violations and requested action associated with the inspection conducted on <br /> October 10, 2002 have been resolved.
