The Bravo box float and chains in the 5/6 and 7/8 dispenser sumps failed to stop the flow of product <br />at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and <br />visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician <br />adjusted the float and chain devices and verified functionality. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete the following by July 21, 2012 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department: <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c.
