The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elianna Florido at (209) 468-0343 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br />notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspection for emergency <br />work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />• Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test for the 91 -octane piping, at <br />110% of operating pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />• Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test of the 91 -octane piping, per <br />manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacture's guidelines, test shall be <br />performed using an applicable method specified in an industry code or engineering <br />standard. <br />• Secondary piping test for all product piping in the vicinity of UDC -7/8 (where excavation <br />took place): One hour pressure test for all piping, per manufacturer's guidelines. If there <br />are no manufacture's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method <br />specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />• 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC -7/8 sump. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the 91 -product UST system prior to the <br />EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the tank, a secondary containment test must be performed on <br />the affected USTs once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacture's guidelines. <br />5. Secondary containment testing for the UDC sump and 91 piping is required six months after <br />installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />1868 E.
