AUG -30-1996 15.03 <br />DIV Dill i} <br />OILKEY'S ENGINEERING Is <br />U #,',�, <br />f ll' 1 <br />P.11 <br />This Site Safety and Health Plan (SS11P) is for the safety and health procedures <br />that will be followed during the construction work in the upgrading of the petroleum <br />piping. <br />The work will involve removing existing dispensers, islands, tank slabs and <br />petroleum piping. Purge petroleum line. Remove and dispose of petroleum piping ,vent <br />and vapor lines. Remove four (4) underground tanks. Two (2) 10,000 gallon and two (2) <br />8,000 gallon. Install two (2) new 12,000 gallon tanks. Install new product lines. Instal.] <br />two (2) new dispensers on new dogbone islands, new products and vapor piping and new <br />slabs. <br />Approximately five field personnel will be required for the work which is <br />scheduled to last approximately 22 days. <br />The SSHP is organized into the following groups of safety information: <br />1. Documentation <br />KEYPERSONNEI.L <br />Project Manager - Mark Wilkey <br />Responsible for defining the scope of work, scheduling the work, organizing and <br />implementing compliance with the SSHP and for the performance and completion <br />of the construction work. <br />Site Safety Officer - Dale Adams <br />Responsible for planning the daily work, direction of the daily construction work, <br />holding the weekly site safety meeting, completing the site safety checklist and <br />daily job log, compliance with the site construction safety, communication with <br />environmental investigation personnel, identification of construction hazards. <br />11 <br />
