In addition, the regulatory requirements must be met for <br />recordkeeping of training, medical surveillance, injuries, and illness, exposure <br />monitoring, information and respirator fit -test. Documentation of each worker's <br />activities will be by a daily job log kept by the Site Safety Officer. <br />51 <br />
