The flappers for all three tanks are in the incorrect <br /> location and the piping was missing from the map. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Approximately 1 gallon of liquid was observed in the 87 grade master fill sump, the 87 grade slave fill sump and the <br /> 91 grade fill sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be <br /> removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed the liquid from the fill sumps. Ensure that all <br /> sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 319 CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket,failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The 87 master spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. Nic,the service technician on site, <br /> said that the collar failed. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a <br /> properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection <br /> of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by December 30,2017. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer(if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
