I hope you had a great Christmas time with your family and friends. <br /> I regards to the violations of our gas station, here is the statement describing the corrective <br /> actions were taken or will be taken to prevent these violations in future. <br /> 1. Violation 201 - we as of owner operator will make sure that all maintenance and <br /> monitoring records for three years to be at the site at all the time . As far as march 15 and <br /> 18, L9 Alarms which was taking care of on march 18th by MB service unfortunately it <br /> was human Error by us for not writing it done which we will make sure to write down <br /> every alarm on the log with the time, date , month and a year. <br /> 2. Violation 209 - Inspector did talk to designated operator regarding this Issue to ensure <br /> check for all the alarms and liquid sensors when they performing monthly inspections <br /> and address properly to the operator , they acknowledged the error and Ensure will not <br /> happen again . <br /> i <br />
