Violation 306 - Designated operator in present of inspector positioned the 208 <br /> sensor upright at the lowest point of the sump and corrected the violation on site ..... will <br /> make sure stay that way . <br /> 4. Violation 315 - Designated operator removed the water from the fill sump at the time of <br /> inspection and was corrected on site . Although we do have a floor mats that covers the <br /> fill sumps but we will order some heavy duty one to protect them better from the rain <br /> water and continue to monitor them and take a proper actions immediately. <br /> 5. Attached to the <br /> form was the receipt from MB Services, dated 3/18/2016 with a hand written note "regarding Item <br /> #209, March 15 and 18, 2016". The RTC did include documentation to close violation 201, but did <br /> not address parts of violation 209, nor violations 306, and 315.
