I hope you had a great Christmas time with your family and friends. <br /> I regards to the violations of our gas station, here is the statement describing the corrective <br /> actions were taken or will be taken to prevent these violations in future. <br /> 1. Violation 201 - we as of owner operator will make sure that all maintenance and <br /> monitoring records for three years to be at the site at all the time . As far as march 15 and <br /> 18, L9 Alarms which was taking care of on march 18th by MB service unfortunately it <br /> was human Error by us for not writing it done which we will make sure to write down <br /> every alarm on the log with the time, date , month and a year. <br /> 2. Violation 209 - Inspector did talk to designated operator regarding this Issue to ensure <br /> check for all the alarms and liquid sensors when they performing monthly inspections <br /> and address properly to the operator , they acknowledged the error and Ensure will not <br /> happen again . <br /> 3. Violation 306 - Designated operator in present of inspector positioned the 208 <br /> sensor upright at the lowest point of the sump and corrected the violation on site ..... will <br /> make sure stay that way . <br /> 4. Violation 315 - Designated operator removed the water from the fill sump at the time of <br /> inspection and was corrected on site . Although we do have a floor mats that covers the <br /> fill sumps but we will order some heavy duty one to protect them better from the rain <br /> water and continue to monitor them and take a proper actions immediately. <br /> 5. Violation 319 - Designated operator replaced the nipple and 87- master spill container <br /> passed the one-hour hydrostatic test and was corrected on site .Inspector did talk to him <br /> regarding his five gallons spill container . <br /> I really appreciate and thank you so much for your help. <br /> Thanks <br /> Harpreet Singh. <br /> Good morning Varinder, <br /> On December 14, 2016, the Environmental Health Department (EHD) received the Return to <br /> Compliance Certification (RTC) form signed by Harpreet Singh and dated 12/8/16. Attached to the <br /> form was the receipt from MB Services, dated 3/18/2016 with a hand written note "regarding Item <br /> #209, March 15 and 18, 2016". The RTC did include documentation to close violation 201, but did <br /> not address parts of violation 209, nor violations 306, and 315. Please provide a statement <br /> 1 <br />
