Please submit them as soon as possible to expedite permit approval and processing. <br />Needed items: <br />1. Please update your scope of work provided with your permit application, "Exhibit A", which needs to reflect <br />your proposed work (detailed in several email correspondences). <br />2. Provide a basic sketch showing which below ground pipes will be removed as part of this permit <br />3. Page 4 of permit application- please provide information for the rinsate hauler (item 5e) <br />4. Provide approval from the penetration manufacturer for penetration abandonment method and for using the <br />proposed schedule 80 pipe inside the existing penetration, and painting it with non -corrosive material. Will <br />the outside of this pipe (outside the sump) and inside portion of the pipe maintain its corrosion protection <br />for the duration (especially during/post routine SB989)? The "existing above ground <br />raceway" penetration pictures are attached as well. There is not a product number on them but they are piping <br />transition boots that are water tight.
