Dispenser or Turbine Filters. Owner must dispose of properly and keep disposal records in compliance with <br />Title 22 California Code of Regulations. <br />2. Air pollution control equipment. Contact the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. <br />3. Test boot repair or installation. <br />4. Product piping above the shear valve. <br />5. Replacing epoxy packs for existing wire connections. <br />6. MagVFC variable speed controllers at sites with PLLDs. <br />7. Manway lids <br />8. Tank top or transition sump lids unless tanks were installed after June 30, 2003. <br />9. Spill container drain valve replacement. <br />10. Riser piping in a sump unless tanks were installed afterlune 30, 2003. <br />11. Light bulb / keypad for the Monitoring panel. <br />12. Electrical junction box. <br />13. Hanger/Sleeve for positioning a liquid sensor. No holes drilled in sump wall. <br />14. Emergency shutoff switch. Email EHD a scope of work by emailing to UST(Tsicehd.com. <br />3. Notify the EHD of the time and date of the repair work by emailing to <br />UST@sicehd.com <br />or fax to (209) 468-3433. An EHD inspector may stop by the facility to inspect the <br />repair and verify the technician's certifications. <br />4. The service company must install the part and test the system to verify <br />functionality. <br />5. The service company must provide the following documentation to the tank <br />owner/operator for inspector review during annual UST inspection: <br />a. Description of part(s) installed <br />b. Name & UST ICC # of Service technician doing the work (manufacturer <br />certification proof) <br />c. Testing done to verify functionality of the repair <br />FM <br />
