UST system installations or expansions <br />2. UST closure <br />3. UST tank lining or repair <br />4. All piping repairs downstream of the shear valve <br />5. Secondary containment repairs including piping, sumps, tanks <br />6. Conversion frame install during dispenser replacement <br />7. VPH sensor communication repair <br />8. Direct bury spill container replacement <br />9. Mechanical flapper valve overfill prevention install or replacement <br />An approved EHD permit is required but repairs can be done prior to permit approval: <br />1. All monitoring equipment or overfill prevention equipment installation which Is not a like -for -like <br />replacement <br />NO PERMIT REQUIRED* (EHD Notification required) -"LIKE FOR LIKE" <br />replacements only for work that greviously required an EHDpermit- <br />See the mandatory conditions on following page: <br />1. Shear valves connected to Bravo float& chain devices <br />2. Bravo float & chain repairs <br />3. Turbine or dispenser relay switch for positive shutdown <br />4. Cold start or replacement of monitoring panel <br />5. Spill containers in tank top sumps <br />6. Liquid sensor <br />7. Leak detector <br />8. External audio/visual alarm for overfill prevention <br />9. Dispenser replacement /repair except when conversion frames are required <br />10. Breaking concrete over tank system, as long as secondary containment testing is done immediately <br />following concrete work. <br />2.
