Stockton Service Station proposed <br /> removing the gas pump,disconnecting the check valve,blowing fuel residue in line with nitrogen <br /> to tank, removing any sludge in the tank and haul off by American Valley to be disposed at <br /> Industrial Service Oil Inc., capping off the vapor recovery line,replacing the leak detector to VMI <br /> diesel Leak Detector Model 99 LD-2200,and re-programming the Veeder Root TLS-350 to <br /> indicate the proper thermal coefficients for diesel. This scope of work for permit SR0055637 has <br /> been approved with the following conditions. <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local Fire Department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supersede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization. (UL,ULC, <br /> ANSI,API,ASTM,etc. See California Code of Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 <br /> Table B for complete list). The component must bear the appropriate mark as required by <br /> the independent testing organization. <br /> 4. If concrete is broken near the UST,a secondary containment test(or equivalent)must be <br /> performed, once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> Results must be received by EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating <br /> condition. <br /> 5. Only 100% diesel is permitted for storage in UST in California at this time. <br />
