This riser assembly shall be installed in a 4" by <br />l8", SCH 40 ASTM A-120 steel riser pipe. The cap and adaptor for this riser <br />shall be EBW PIN 90037, equipped with the proper size wire grip. The wire grip <br />shall also be properly sealed with clear GE Silicone. <br />2.3.13 A single run of secondary piping shall be installed to contain both fuel lines. <br />This piping shall be Environ GeoDuet GDP 45001, 4" phAng. The new bulkhead <br />fittings for the fuel lines shall be Environ DEB -7450 flwdble double entry boot <br />with an Environ SRD-1075 split reducer donut. At the point where both fuel <br />lines exit the soil at the shelter, a Total Containment Termiinadon Assembly, <br />TA4500 and an Environ SRD-1075 split reducer dowA (fuel lines) and Envmm <br />15-D rubber reducer donut (vent) shall be installed. Please note that the <br />termination assembly is to be installed in such a manner that the nibbcr portion <br />of the assembly is 4 inches clear of the top sock. Also, after the pdmaty piping <br />has been histalled, the conduit system is to be <br />2.3.14 The pfimary supply and return fuel lines shall be Environ GeoFlex Plus -D <br />piping. The supply line shall) be PGF 2075-D (3I4") and the witun, PGF -2 100-D <br />(1"), double walled flexible piping. Please note that the reducer donuts <br />at the building shall be permaneady seaW. <br />2.3.15 Remove the existing above grade supply and return piping at the exterior of the <br />generator shelticr, including 'Jisolation boot where below grade piping transitions <br />into above grade pipow, Remove the existing gate valve located on the supply <br />line before it eaters the shelter. <br />2.3.16 Provide a new TC (Total Containment) PIN TA -4500, Termination Assembkv <br />and (1) Environ P/N SRU -10"75, Split reducing donut at location 3/4 Fuel <br />oil supply and 1" fuel oil return stub up from below grade. Termination <br />assembly is to be 'installed in such a manaer that the rubber portion of the <br />assembly has 4" clear of the top rock. It shall be noted that the existing <br />penetrations into the bWkbng shall be reused. <br />2.3.17 Run new SCH 40-3/," steel fuel oil supply piping up into building penetration. <br />Provide (1) 3/.i' isolation ball valve in vertical before piping mrsts into wall <br />penetration. Ball valve shall be suitable for diesel fuel applications. Provide hot <br />dipped gah=zBd piping supports on either side of valve. Ball valve handle <br />shall be removed and fastened to side of valve with zip tie. <br />2.3.18 Run new SCH 40-1" Buck steel fuel oil return piping up into exisling building <br />penetiafion. Provide hot dipped pIvanized piping supports where <br />2.3.19 Any unused penetrafions, as well as worn areas of the exterior of the genwaor <br />sheher shall be sealed and finished to snatch existing.
