After the primary piping has <br />been installed, the conduit system is to be sealed. <br />2.3.21 The new primary vent Line shall be Environ GeoFiex-D, PGF -2150-D, 1-1/2" <br />double walled flexible piping. The vent piping shall be installed using an <br />Environ SPC -0150 swivel coupling and SFA -1515 adapter. One STB -0150 <br />standard test boot will be required to complete the installation. An Environ <br />RRD-4015-D reducer donut will be used to seal the vent line at the fence post. <br />Please note that the test boots and conduit system at the fence post and the <br />turbine enclosure shall be permanently sealed. A new pressure vacuum vent, <br />E13W P/N 802-303-02 shall be installed upon the existing vent riser. All lests shall be property documented and all <br />must be witnessed by the VERIZON Field Engineer <br />2.3.23 The fuel line trenches shall be a minimum depth 18" and the fuel lines are to <br />have a minimum of 3" of 3/8" to 3/a" pea gravel, above and below the 4i' conduit <br />piping. The conduit shall have a mininnan of 1/2" per foot fail to the turbine and <br />shall be graded to lie on straight plane without dips or rises. The pea gravel is to <br />be completely encapsulated in filter fabric 3401 or 3341 / <br />Hoechst Tmvira 51120 / Phillips Supac 4NP). The remaindu of the trench shall <br />be filled to match the base material grade with 1-112" w/fines Class "A" <br />Limestone road base. Material to be compacted to 95% compaction using a <br />mccharical compacting device. Then Tap Rock shall be installed to match the <br />existing material in size and color. The Top Rock shall be vibe plated after <br />instatiation. Please note that samples are to be snbraitted to the VERiZON Field <br />Engineer for approval on pea gravel, base materid and top rock before the <br />material is delivered to the site. <br />2.3.24 The area around the UST turbine enclosure is to 6e back filled with 3/8" to 1" <br />smooth pea gravel to a depth of 1 foot above the top of the UST or 4 inches <br />above the associated UST piping, which ever one is greater. The pea gmvel shall <br />be covered and sealed around the edges with geotextile fabric as specified in <br />2.3.29. The remainder of the accavation. shall be filled to subgrade with 1-1/2" <br />w Class "A" Limestone road base.
