Bill of Materials, sht.# F-4 (specification sheet) and manufacturer's brochure/cut sheet <br />for both the operating and CEI monitoring system are enclosed in this package. <br />2. A monitoring response plan is enclosed. <br />3. San Jose County Fire Prevention has reviewed and approved the project. The issuance <br />of the permit, however, is pending prove of Environmental Health Department's <br />approval of tank installation. Contact Mr. Steve Dalton. <br />4. We are adding tank hold-down log (enclosed) to the bid drawing set. <br />5. Application page 3 has been forwarded to Golden West Builders, the contractor. It is <br />expected to be mailed directly to you this week. <br />6. Chevron and Golden West Builders have been informed of this condition. <br />7. Yes.
