Box 2009 <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />RE: 25650 N. Highway 99, Acampo <br />I Have received the installation plan for the above mentioned <br />facility. The following items must be addressed prior to permit <br />approval. <br />1. Please submit equipment and material specification sheets and <br />manufacturer's brochures describing operating and monitoring <br />systems and listing numbers or other evidence of a nationally <br />recognized testing organization approval. <br />2. The facility operator must submit a monitoring response plan <br />in accordance with section 2643 of the California Underground <br />Storage Tank Regulations. <br />3. Contact San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Bureau at 468-2229 <br />to see if an installation permit is required. <br />4. Provide the calculations to determine if the tanks are subject <br />to floatation. <br />5. Complete the contractor section on page 3 of the application <br />for underground tank installation permit. <br />6. A hydrostatic test of the tank system is required after the <br />installation is complete and the station is ready for <br />operation. <br />7.
