Provides two methods of direct communication with the station sites: Daily <br />Polling, where the site is contacted automatically once a day, and Snapshot <br />Request, manual operator action for immediate data updating. <br />The system is "user-friendlyand it contains context -sensitive "help" screens <br />for ease of operations and training. <br />A) SYSTEM ILO SPECIFICATIONS <br />.
