The <br />evaluation was conducted by the equipment manufacturer or a consultant to the <br />consultant to the manufacturer according to the U.S. EPA's "Standard Test Procedure for <br />Evaluating Leak Detection Methods: Volumetric Tank Tightness Testing Methods."
