Liquid was observed in the 87 and diesel turbine sumps. If liquid could enter into the secondary <br />containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Take the <br />necessary precautions to ensure that the secondary containment of the UST system is maintained free <br />of liquid. Immediately remove the liquid from the sump and make a Title 22 Hazardous Waste <br />Determination and properly dispose of it.
