2. Upon acceptable completion of the retrofit and upgrade of the <br />underground fuel lines at the facilities indicated the County <br />will determine that the facilities are in compliance with the <br />State and County requirements. <br />3. Upon installation and demonstration of the continuous leak <br />detection system for the storage tank and fuel lines San Joaquin <br />County will accept this type of leak detecting system as <br />complying with the underground storage tank regulations. <br />4. San Joaquin County will provide a letter of acceptance <br />covering the leak detection system, proposal to correct <br />deficiencies at the facilities indicated and ensuring that the <br />facilities are in compliance with the underground storage <br />regulations. <br />
