B. MCI Telecommunications shall perform all proposed work at the <br />following listed facilities: <br />1. Kingdon Facility <br />13850 North Devries Road <br />Lodi, California <br />2. Manteca Facility <br />2551 East Louise <br />Manteca, California <br />3. Tracy Facility <br />28499 South Corral Hollow Road <br />Tracy, California <br />C. MCI will install as specifically required by San Joaquin County <br />double walled fuel lines from vendors selected and provided by the <br />County. The material install will be the type and quality as <br />specified by the County. <br />MCI Construction shall provide only material from the following <br />approved county vendor list: <br />1. Vendor: A. 0. Smith <br />Type: Red Thread <br />Material: Fiberglass <br />2. Vendor: Ciba-Geigy <br />Type: Ameron <br />Material: Fiberglass <br />D. MCI will supply a complete documentation package to San Joaquin <br />covering the following information: <br />1. All permits as required. <br />2. Drawings and plans indicating the design of the underground <br />fuel lines and "P" trap. <br />3. Specifications of the leak detection system installed within <br />the "P" trap. <br />E. MCI will demonstrate that the leak detection system installed <br />within the underground storage tank and the fuel lines is capable of <br />reporting an alarm to the MCI remote monitoring facility. <br />MCI Telecommunications requests that San Joaquin County review the <br />following and determine if these actions are acceptable. <br />1. MCI Telecommunications requests an extension of time from San <br />Joaquin County until May 15, 1989 in order to perform the <br />engineering, material acquisition and construction necessary at <br />the facilities indicated. <br />
