Prior to delivery of fuel, a visual monitoring of the liquid level <br />of the tank will be performed which will include noting the amount <br />of gallons and percent fill using the digital display guage located <br />near the central monitoring panel. In addition, the fill level <br />of the tank will be measured using a dip stick to calculate the <br />amount of gallons in the tank. .both readings will be compared to <br />determine amount of product required. <br />2. The tank will have an available capacity of 103% of the load to <br />be dropped, or the total load plus 200 gallon capacity whichever <br />is less, as determined by storage tank visual monitoring. in <br />addition, charts are located in the emergency power room which <br />indicate how much product can be delivered safely into the tank <br />based on the liquid level measured by the dip stick. <br />3. Metered Input -- If the load to be delivered is 2000 gallons or less, <br />it will be run through a meter as it is being dropped into the <br />underground storage tank. In addition the digital fuel guage will <br />be monitored. If the load is more than 2000 gallons, it shall be <br />monitored offsite at a batch plant. The product shall run through <br />a meter when loaded into the truck. <br />
