MONITORING SYSTEM AND RESPONSE PLAN <br />Page Two <br />1. Walk through the emergency power room and perform a general <br />observation. <br />2. Perform a functional test of the alarm circuit twice a month. <br />3. Inspect the area where the tank is buried including the manhole <br />for dropping the product at least twice a month. <br />4. Log all inspections including the amount of gallons in the tank <br />when a change has taken place. <br />in case of an alarm condition, the personnel responding -to -the alarm <br />will contact responsible personnel.as listed in the office's HMMP. <br />The responsible personnel will investigate and call in qualified <br />personnel if a clean up is required. Response will be in accordance <br />with the California Administrative Code, Chapter 23, Subchapter 16, <br />Article 3. Response to an unauthorized release will be handled in <br />the same manner. <br />
