MICROWAVE STATION, TURNER' ROAD, LODI, <br />CALIFORNIA --PETROLEUM (DIESEL FUEL)HYDROCARBON SPILL <br />INVESTIGATION. <br />Dear Lorrie': <br />As per our discussion in your office on Thursday, April 16, 1987, we <br />will proceed with the following subsurface investigation at the above <br />site as soon as A. T. & T. has obtained access and approval for work <br />on the nursery property north and adjacent to their Turner Road Microwave <br />site. <br />PROPOSED WORK PLAN FOR SITE INVESTIGATION: <br />1. Identify the 'location of all water wells within 1,320 feet (one fourth <br />(4) mile) of the underground tank location. <br />a) Sound wells for upper groundwater level and depth of well and <br />obtain well drilling log, if possible. <br />b) Establish elevation datum for each well head found within 1,320 <br />feet of tank location. <br />2. Sample 'wells on A. T. & T. property and nursery property north and <br />adjacent to A. T. & T. property. <br />3. Water well samples will be analyzed by Eureka Laboratories, Sacramento, <br />California, for Petroleum Hydrocarbons following E.P.A. requirements <br />for laboratory analysis. <br />4. A location map and site map will be prepared and furnished to your <br />office, said map will delineate the 'location of sampling points and <br />show laboratory analysis results as appropriate.
