' 5. EXAMINATION AXISTIMG BUILDING. DRAWINGS ANCCIFICATION (a) The bidders shall carefully examine the existing building, this specification, and the drawings. Bidders shall investigate and satisfy themselves as to the conditions to be encountered, the character, quality and quantity of the work, the equipment and Materials necessary for its completion, and the requirements and conditions of this specification and the drawings. (b) Bids shall include the cost of all items necessary to complete the work, including, but not limited to, all labor and materials, and all taxes, even though such items are not specified herein or shown on the drawings.
