At this meeting anorder of procedure will be established which will bemutually satisfactory to both AT&T and Contractor. Nodeviation from the established order of procedure willbe permitted unless approved by AT&T. <br />•'i � � i., a M! <br />(a) Contractor will be held liable for any damage to the <br />facilities under the construction areas involved in this <br />specification and also for all consequential damages due <br />to any interruptions of communication services for the <br />general public which may result directly from any work <br />performed ■ <br />.ti.jt * contract.r- <br />Contractor shall furnish AT&T with a list of <br />subcontractors within five (5) days after the award of <br />Contractor shall not employ on work any unfit person or <br />anyone not skilled in the work assigned. <br />(c) Cleaning. <br />Contractors and each subcontractor for each portion of <br />the work shall at all times keep the premises and <br />buildings in a clean condition and shall remove all <br />debris and rubbish as fast as it accumulates and as <br />often as nay be directed.
