Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Contact Toua Yang at (209) 468-3459 to arrange the following inspections <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />a. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure <br />that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California <br />Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />b. Spill Bucket: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a 60 -minute <br />Lake Test or equivalent. Proper drainage or removal must also be <br />verified. <br />c. Concrete will be broken; corrosion protection of the tank annular riser and <br />fill riser must be verified prior to backfilling. Steel riser must be <br />compatible with tank material, and approved by tank manufacturer. <br />3. Concrete will be broken above the tank pit, a third party tank integrity test must <br />be performed by a certified tank tester and results received by this office within 7 <br />days of completion of work. <br />4. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />
