All components installed must be certified by an independent testing organization <br />and bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />6. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all <br />of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br />the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation <br />company), and <br />b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or installed and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />7. A `Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C' <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owner's agent (CCR Section 2635(d)) <br />before this upgrade is considered complete by EHD. <br />8. Permit expires 90 days from date of approval.
