A temporary closure was applied for on December 21, 1998 <br /> by Dick Burge of KE Curtis Company#SR017971. This Statement linvoice has not been paid in <br /> lieu of the closure. <br /> Additional Shell Station closures at the end of 1998 are: <br /> 2). 1313 E Charter Way in Stockton. Temporary closure #SR017970. Contractor: KE Curtis. Date <br /> December 21, 1998 <br /> 3). 880 Victor in Lodi. Temporary Closure # Letitial Briggs reviewing. Contractor: Paradiso <br /> Mechanical. Date 2/1 V99 (Invoice forwarded to me 3/24/99 not paid in lieu of c:osure) <br /> 4). 420 W Kettleman in Lodi. Temporary Closure#Eric Travenia Public,Health Dept 2/1/99. <br /> Contractor: A&S Engineering, Triangle Construction Tank.removal. Stockton Service Station <br /> Equipment Co. Installing new tanks etc. <br /> Sold to the existing dealer Mr. Singh. The New Owner/Deafer is responsible to upgrade the <br /> tanks and lines to meet the Federal, State and Local regulations prior to:re-opening for business. <br /> Future correspondence and billing should be directed to Mr. Singh. <br /> Please remove these facilities from your list of operating sites. Notify the appropriate <br /> Organizations within San Joaquin County that there should not be any 1999 UST Permits or <br /> Hazardous Materials Management Plan fees owed to San Joaquin County for facilities 1,2,and 3. <br /> Feel free to call me if there are any questions at 408-269-6156. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Bruce T.
