Contact fire department for permit. <br />2. All new submittals supercede the previous ones. <br />3. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br />4. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br />5. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG113-14. <br />6. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and <br />section 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br />7. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g) or annual line test will be <br />required. <br />8. Buoyancy calculations must be provided and approved by the EHD prior to <br />completion of the tank setting. <br />9. Line leak detector must be provided as stated on cut sheet — VMI 99 LD -2200. <br />10. All piping types must be as provided in the attached cut sheets. <br />11. Vent line shown on plans must be cathodically protected, if any metal parts are used. <br />12. Must perform a Holiday Test and pass test prior to setting the tank in the ground. — p jL <br />13. Plan sheets T1 and T1.1 (revised), as provided to the EHD on 3/25/02, must be <br />attached to each set of plans. <br />14. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br />15. Submit proof of tank and piping certification for employees. <br />16. An accurate and drawn -to scale -as -built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />scheduling a final inspection. <br />17. Contact Ray von Flue for inspection. See inspection checklist for the required <br />inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />18.
