I am listing the corrections in the same order <br />as noted on your comment letter. <br />1. See the attached Application Signed first and last page. <br />2. See attached manufactures instructions for the tank and piping. <br />3. No on site well. <br />4. The depth of water is listed on the attached PE. Signed document and does not require hold <br />downs or a thickened slab. <br />5. Sheet T3 Section B4 - #I has been changed to reflect the County of San Joaquin. <br />6. Sheet T3 Section C3 - Automatic Shutoff Notes - has been changed to reflect the use of <br />western fiberglass sumps. <br />7. Sheet T3 Section C3 - General Notes #IA has been changed to reflect the County of San <br />Joaquin. <br />8. Sheet T2 Section A3 Sump Plan - now shows a Leak Detector and refers to the material list <br />for exact type to be used. <br />9. The updated part numbers have been inserted into the T3 - D6 Materials list.
