Correct <br />these by either an addendum or submitting the required information: <br />1. Owner's signature on the application (first and last page). <br />2. Manufacturers installation instructions for tank, piping, and dispenser pan. <br />3. Distance from proposed underground tank site to nearest public/on site well. <br />4. Buoyancy calculations for anchoring the tank using a slab. (Not shown on plans) <br />Depth of water table. Needs a professional engineer stamp of approval. <br />5. Sheet T3 — Section B4 - #1 — Change to San Joaquin County instead of Contra <br />Costa County. <br />6. Sheet T3 —Section C3 — Automatic Shutoff Notes — No Bravo Box dispenser pans <br />are being used according to the materials list. <br />7. Sheet T3 — Section D3 — General Notes- #IA — Change to San Joaquin County <br />instead of El Dorado County. <br />8. Sheet T2 — A3 Sump Plan — Shows a leak detector but needs text describing <br />which one is to be used. Discrepancy between sheet T3 — D6 Materials list and <br />cut sheet provided. Either a Vaporless or a VMI leak detector. <br />9. Many discrepancies on the sheet T3 — D6 Materials list and cut sheets provided. <br />a. OPW 21000 5 Gallon Overfill Container Vs. OPW 1 C-2100. <br />b. Promeco 110-37x37" Watertight manhole Vs. 6110-37WT. <br />c. 3 FE Petro STPR150VL2 1-1/2 H.P. Variable Length Turbines, plans <br />only show one turbine. <br />d.
