One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the new spill buckets. <br />b. Verify 5 gallon capacity. <br />c. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches below the top <br />of the spill bucket, regardless of the spill bucket's capacity for the. <br />d. Test operation of the drain valve of the spill buckets. <br />6. A tank integrity test, by a third party certified tank tester, a secondary containment test <br />or a tank test performed by the Veeder Root TLS 350 (at a rate of 0.1 gallons per hour) <br />must be performed once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines. Results must be received by the EHD within seven days of returning the <br />facility to operating condition. If concrete is broken over any piping the above- <br />mentioned testing is also required on that piping. <br />7. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" for the <br />diesel tank shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) <br />2635(d)] within 30 days after work is completed, before this repair is considered <br />complete by the EHD. <br />9. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work.
