Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits. <br />2. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br />d. Each person installing or testing the OPW-EVR 2100 Spill Bucket must hold a <br />certificate of training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval. <br />4. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />
