POLICY STATEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RESPONSIBILITY <br />It is the policy of this company — B & T SERVICE STATION <br />CONTRACTORS- that accident prevention shall be considered of <br />primary importance in all phases of operation and administration. <br />It is the intention of all levels of management to provide safe and <br />healthy working conditions and to both establish and insist upon <br />safe practices at all times by all employees. <br />The prevention of accidents is the objective of all levels of this <br />organization and its activities. It is a basic requirement of each <br />supervisor to make the safety of employees an integral part of his or <br />her regular management function. It is equally the duty of each <br />employee to accept and follow established safety regulations and <br />procedures. <br />Employees are encouraged to assist management in accident <br />prevention activities. Unsafe conditions must be reported <br />immediately. Cooperation from all members of this staffing the <br />prevention of injury and or illness is required. Working together as a <br />"team" towards this goal is our objective. <br />Any injury, which occurs on the job, should be reported to a <br />supervisor as soon as possible. This, in turn, shall be reported to <br />management and documented as such. <br />The prevention of the public encountering any such hazards is a key <br />concern of the company. At no time will the public be allowed to <br />enter a jobsite, and all sites where work in occurring shall be <br />properly fenced and/or barricaded to prevent the general public from <br />entering. At such times that inspections are required the key <br />personnel visiting the site are to make themselves aware of any <br />hazards on —site and will be informed of any by the supervisor on- <br />site. <br />This site safety plan outlines the company's policies and procedures <br />to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibility for <br />implementing this plan is given to CHRISTOPHER G. FASSE <br />(OWNER). He will coordinate all efforts and oversee the <br />enforcement of all company safety rules and regulations. All <br />supervisors and foremen shall abide by and enforce the <br />
