IDENTIFY AND EVALUATE UNSAFE/UNHEALTHY WORK --,,' '.. <br />-_n <br />CONDITIONS' $ ` <br />Identification of potential work hazards shall be done "on-site" at the <br />onset of each job. The Construction/Maintenance Lead man shall <br />do this. <br />All employees are encouraged to report all unsafe conditions <br />encounter on the job to their immediate supervisor. <br />Inspections will be performed whenever a new process of <br />substances introduced, when the company receives updated <br />information that a company process or substance is hazardous, as <br />part of an accident investigation, and when a safety hazard is <br />reported. These inspections can be as frequently as is necessary. <br />All inspections shall be noted on a "HAZARD CHECKLIST'. <br />Corrections, if necessary, will be made at this time. These will be <br />documented at the time the corrections are made. <br />On-site personnel will be briefed each day in "tailgate" meetings as <br />to the days schedule and equipment to be used for that days work. <br />These meetings may be conducted more frequently, as our job <br />schedule requires. In these meetings personnel will be made aware <br />of hazards at the site, and if any additional protective clothing <br />should be worn. Hardhats, protective glasses and proper footwear <br />is required to be on-site at all times, and worn when at all times <br />activity on-site warrants it. <br />All on-site employees will take reasonable precautions to avoid <br />unforeseen hazards. On-site employees are held responsible to <br />perform only those tasks for which they are qualified. <br />PROCEDURES TO CORRECT UNSAFE/UNHEALTHY <br />CONDITIONS <br />As hazards are identified, they shall be addressed according to their <br />degree of severity. These hazardous conditions shall be corrected <br />in a timely matter. The identification and correction of these <br />hazardous conditions shall be noted on the supervisors "HAZARD <br />CHECKLIST'. <br />Examples of potential hazardous conditions: <br />CONDITION CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN <br />
